how bad is the difference? are the keys taller? i'm about to cancel my order because i was planning to use em for my PLU
makes me sad.. those white engraved keys look real nice. i was planning to put the otaku ABS and the KBC white on white
Both the ABS and PBT keys here are a different profile than the keys on the PLU. The Q and A rows are both basically identical, I can't see any difference, but the Z row has a slightly different angle. The key is slightly taller closer to you, and slightly lower away from you, so the entire thing has more of a slant away. If you're going to use a full set of these, either just letters or the full 104, you'll probably be fine, it's a VERY small difference. My problem is I'm mixing the PLU keys with the KBC keys, like you can see here (http://baka.draecas.com/images/GH/SANY0652.JPG). With the entire row as KBC keys, I didn't notice the difference in profile on the shift keys while typing, but with a mix, it's very slightly noticeable.

The only possible layout on the KBC keycaps is the US ANSI. There is no possibility for ISO, and there never will be.

Hi, i was reading about the keycaps and it seems that there is a bit of leeway in some of the orders.
So I was wondering if it is possible to get Korean letters engraved on the keycaps as well as English.

Except it would be in the ANSI layout. So it would have the Korean letters and a Won sign instead of a backslash.

I think I am going to just leave my spacebar plain and not have any engraving on it. If it's too late and you already engraved it, no big deal. Now that the pricing has been released I think I am just going to go with a Titanium space and titanium escape only and drop the wasd. Is it possible to update my order?

Extremely happy with the key feel, it's like a grainy sort of matte feel compared to the slimy slippery feeling of the filco. I think the sound is less of a pingy high click and more of a defined click. Very pleased.

Never had this problem with previous keyboards, but my WASD etc seem to get "slippery" and then i have to wash them with a dampened cloth. Didn't have to do that with my apple wireless keyboard or my IBM keyboard (non-mech) before that, suspect it has something to do with filco's coating. I'm using filcos otaku keycaps right now, dunno if they are different somehow..
Wow. Lookee that.it's compatible. The only thing not compatible is the backspace, right shift, and the \. But that's bcoz i actually have the 6gv2 and not the 7g.
If that spacebar is compatible you Leopold/BlackWidow/ZowieCeleritas folks do not have to worry about shiny spacebars any more.

I'm looking for at least both black and white PBT 104 keysets engraved with swedish characters adjusted for ANSI layout and with a few more personal tweaks. Is this something that could be done? And would it be terribly expensive?
