Basically the main benefit to having a US distributor is the speed. If it only takes a couple of days for the keys to get to me, and I ship them out a few days later, it takes out weeks of turnaround time usually present with international organizers. Shipping costs are killer too. In Asia some carriers are pretty cheap from Asia to the US, but from SP, it is quite expensive. A US distributor is useful for a number of reasons already stated, but having someone in the US keeps it simple and is more secure. A friend of mine suggested I outsource the sorting labor to another friend, and I told him no based simply on the reason that if I do it, I know it is done right, and everyone gets their keys. If I lose that certainty, then several other problems arise. That is why I ended up not pursuing a European or Asian distributor in the past.
Anyways, on another note, I still don't like the "Blood" name. Can I change it to "Ragnarok" (the proper spelling of the Norse mythology's armageddon) without much confusion? Meaning if I set the Order thread title to "Doubleshot 87 key Red on Black keyset: "Ragnarok" [Order Thread]" would anyone care or not know what it is? Red Alert has a really cool name that everyone remembers and knows exactly what it is, but I don't really get the same feeling from "blood."
