It’s Cerakote

Pretty sure it's electrophoresis (hence e-yellow, like the e-white and e-red that were offered during GB) as mentioned by Lanyusea above, it was shown as a prototype a bunch of pages back.

No I’m certain it’s Cerakote because I had it applied. Originally it was anodized yellow but there were some very visible flaws. I took it to a shop and had it applied

Oh rofl I hadn't seen it was your board, the colour was super similar to the one shown a few pages back so I just figured it was that board (or another sample).

Well, in the event that you find someone the color I used is Corvette Yellow:
https://www.cerakote.com/finishes/?tab=coatings&cat=HSERIES

I tried to visually match it to the e-yellow photo posted earlier.

Does anyone else's keyboard disconnect frequently? It seems to be happening to be at least once or twice a day.

hmmm....
I can't get the Hex file to flash. It keeps telling me:
Error opening foxlab_leaf60_universal_leaf60ansi.hex
See --debug=51 or greater for more information.

Has anyone else had this issue? Not sure what I'm doing wrong or how to correct it

Haven’t had any trouble with my PCB. I pretty much immediately flashed my own keymap from the qmk repo so I never tried any defaults

Does anyone have a working standard 60% ANSI layout with split right shift .hex and .json files for the Leaf60 they'd mind sharing?

It's a PCB customized for leaf 60 with middle usb type-c port, and RGB, running QMK. A friend designed it and ran a small GB among friends for it about two weeks ago. Shipped in these two days.

Yep, I experience this a couple times per week as well... I thought it was my USB cable at first. I unplug my cable and plug it back in then it works again.

Does anyone have a Unikorn and a Leaf to compare? I want to know if the gasket system in the Leaf feels any different or sonic differences between the two, since they both use a different gasket system

Pretty sure the issue here is the USB port placement/seating. I find that my cable doesn't really plug in all the way, so it can wiggle and disconnect as a result.

I have a clear PC, regular layout, PVD gold brass plate, PVD gold brass weight I am looking to sell. It's been sitting in the box since I got it. I haven't built it because I don't think I can use this size keyboard for my daily use, still stuck on my Novatouch.

Shoot me a PM if you are interested in purchasing.

EDIT: Sold.

Hello, I just received one of these board off a seller on mech market, and was wondering if the HS PCB had any functionality coming out of the box, it's not registering any inputs so far, would I have to flash QMK firmware for it to operate?

Soldered my Universal PCB with an ANSI layout. Afterwards, I tested it and all keys registered. However, once I flashed my own hex to it, backspace stopped registering. I tried a different hex and it still didn't register a stroke. I used the QMK configurator. Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: mechmerlin notified and fix made in QMK

So I don't know if anyone else would be interested in this, but on a whim I decided to dremel off the screw holes on the plate and I noticed a surprising improvement in the sound of the board. I did also move from 3203 to 3204, but I doubt that accounts for the full difference. Might be worth considering!

Might be a good time to try and source different gasket material. The ones it came with are quite stiff.
