Relocating the logo and adding a 7x size spacebar option  would be great

+1

Looks like there'll be a version without the logo
In the end.. the keyboard's most grand form of existence is as an ethereal bridge between man and machine..    Each depression of the keys, evanescent.. Our transitory thoughts crashing into the web, carving canyons through the internet wasteland such that life may once again flourish..

it is good that they now listen to the responds and suggestions from the community, I think without that obtrusive logo/ text on the top/ front of the spacebar, it will greatly increases people's interest in getting one  :thumb:

That looks fantastic. Still can't go for it as the Canadian exchange and shipping make this way too expensive.

Man. Now I'm conflicted. I joined, but dropped because I'm using SA less and less and Cherry profile more and more. Plus, I feel like SA isn't the best profile for artisans, but that logoless version is totes exquisite.

Just use Cherry profile with the spacebar :p
That's what I'll do. I would've preferred a Cherry profile version but I've been waiting for someone to make this exact keycap for years now so I couldn't resist ordering one. It might look/feel weird in combination with my other keys but I think it'll be worth it.

It's the real deal as in they're selling them but the picture itself is a photoshop of the one with a logo.

will they not publish a new updated pic of a sample that "really" does not have the logo/ text?

Else, people might still not fully convinced the final end result is the one they are buying.

The pictures are usually taken by MD so for that to happen Jelly Key would have to create a key and send it to MD which would take a while.

I really do hope so. I searched their facebook page and saw some GMK profile caps, but no GMK spacebars.

From a technical perspective how do jelly key get those layers so defined, they surely aren't painted in.

Anyone care to speculate on the process? must be fascinating.

Actually, I was not ****posting. It's the same technique, and released at relatively the same time. I think it's far from a coincidence. Let's just hear back from joinhandmade.

It looks so different, and I'm pretty sure we have different technic to make the keycap.

I am definitely chill :)

I just find it a bit interesting that you both use very similar techniques, and also, releasing similar designs within the same timeframe.

I like your work, and think it's great. I just don't happen to like k3kc, as I am sure you may be aware, has stolen designs from myself and other artisans here.

people need to chill,

Guess what one person doesn't own the rights to flags, astronauts, robots, skulls etc.

There are limited things we can do in such a small area, there is bound to be repetition.

As for quality H3's look nice too, but JK's look out of this world.

I would be super impressed if JK could provide some insight into their process, i guess must use lots of specialist machinery and precision tooling.

So far I've bought everything, I just can't help myself.

I'm happy for any artist who makes enough stock that people can buy and appreciate without getting destroyed by after market prices.

JK have done a good thing, being open to large volumes from the start, no scalping, no immediate inflation.

When you're new to this, getting nice caps is impossible as it's difficult as hell to win the raffles. JK have managed to offer very desirable caps without that negative.
