Price and availability look good.
I do recommend not getting your hopes up too much. If they are selling 10 sets, probably they have taken photos of their best set. The tenth set could be pretty shabby. Regrettably I have not done business with any of the 5 or so companies linked to, and can't give advice on the best seller.

You do find a lot of low-cost light-colored keycaps, but you will be disappointed. Keycaps picture. There is a difference in kind.

Forget qtan's taobao proxy. He took too long to respond to pm or never respond at all. I use http://www.taobaotrading.com/ it is notch top service because they keep me posted on shipping status, sent me a picture of keyset before ship it to me and very well packed with cushion foam wrap in the box.
If you want to get better condition one, you would need to chat direct with that seller and ask him to handpick for you. Use taobao's instant message to talk with him and that seller can understand little english.
