A bottle of 99% Isopropyl alcohol, hopefully this will get the soda off the pcb of my KUL. I spilled it on my desk and it went under the keyboard and got the pcb wet. It still works, just acts odd at times so I am going to give the pcb another good cleaning with this, last time I used 70%.

As long as you don't wear the socks and sandals together, it looks like an awesome get.

Got a LIAN LI PC-Q01B case, to put a build with a GIGABYTE GA-B85M-DS3H inside. Yep... an 'itx' case with a matx mobo with 4 ram slots shoehorned up in there. It fits 'perfectly' LOL. Motherboard is almost the exact dimensions as the internal of case.

It's kind of too bad they didn't just put the 2 more slots for cards on the case back, can easily fit obviously.

FINALLY. AFTER YEARS IN THE HUNT <3

Hehe, I just took my Kentucky Wildcats board off of my desk at work so I could use my new (well, new to me) Das Keyboard with Cherry Blues.

I like the feel of the Unicomp better, but that may be because I'm used to it (and because it's built like a boat anchor and stays where it is put). Still, there is a light feel to the Das Keyboard, and I like the side-printed POM I put on it, and the feeling may grow on me after a few weeks.

If not, I have a keyboard with Cherry greens arriving at some point from MassDrop, so we'll see how that goes...

Not in the mail, but my coworker cleaned out a Conex box of old computer parts and brought me all the keyboards.  All were trash $5 boards (in very poor shape), but there were a couple interesting ones:
NMB RTB255CW+ with clicky black space invaders, and a Siig Suntouch with clicky white alps (not sure which ones yet, they feel different than the switches in my Chicony) that has seen waaaaay to much sun.  This thing is so past yellow that is is brown.

Sure thing.  It's a bit grungy, but looks like it will clean up nicely.  Pretty interesting layout with the double space bar (one can be configured to backspace).  And yes, din 5.

They actually put the regular legends on it.  Took off the blue keys and put the regular keys on it, put a regular Model M overlay for the LED's, and put an IBM logo where the Wildcats logo was.  I believe it was a "Unicomp Special" for a low price and they just did that.  It went back to the Pearl/Pebble.
I guess they didn't like the Wildcats?  I don't know why.

Edit: I think they were influenced by this YouTube video, but I think they had a regular M for the keycaps.  They took ALL the blue keycaps off.  Just made it Pearl/Pebble.  Maybe they did it before or around the same time.

Crappy phone shot but here they are! Big thanks to exitfire for the boards and btctopre for the Limeade Esc and Fn! Still hoping to get a hold of the Limeade V2!

Glad to see they made it to you alright!

I'm really loving them! They're beautiful boards and they barely show any signs of use. I'm really going I can get some more Topre artisans to showcase on these beautiful boards.

Glad you like them! Like I said, I loved them, but just wanted to go back to a TKL for my desk at home. Good luck on getting the artisans!

Thanks!  :thumb:

FINALLY. AFTER YEARS IN THE HUNT <3

I didn't know you were looking for one of those! And here I am, buying new ones just to harvest some blue caps.... :/

I mean that's my goal too but I have been looking for a while for one with printed caps. I know Unicomp still has blank caps in that colorway.

My first Topre switches keyboard:

I still have mixed feelings about it. It somehow reminds me of the smoothness of th Cherry MX Red (which I don't like very much), but with an extremely subtle tactile feedback right up on top.

But IMO, I'd rather stay with the stronger tactile feedback from the Matias Quiet
My collection:
More
Mice: Logitech G602, CM Storm Recon, CM Storm Spawn, Razer Naga, Ozone Radon Opto, Corsair M60, Tesoro Gandiva, CM Storm Alcor, Mionix Naos 8200.
Keyboards: Matias Secure Pro, Matias Mini Quiet Pro, custom modded Metadot Das Keyboard Model S Professional Silent (MX Brown, Costar), CM Storm Trigger (MX Brown), Noppoo Choc Mini (MX Red), Tesoro Lobera G5NFL Supreme, CM Storm Devastator.
Soon: CM Storm Quick Fire TK (MX Brown), CM Storm Trigger Z.
Boards I don't own anymore: CM Storm Quick Fire Rapid (MX Black), Logitech K800 (Membrane), Logitech G710+ (MX Brown), Thermaltake Meka G-Unit (MX Black), Corsair K70 (MX Red).
Mice I don't own anymore: Logitech G9x MW3, Corsair M65, Logitech G700, Roccat Kone Pure.
