Nice thing with ePBT is : MOQ is only on base kit, no MOQ on child kits. So everything is produced or nothing is produced.

Small update regarding color samples:
2 out of 8 colors have been approved in the 1st round, so a 2nd round for the remaining 6 has been requested.
I tried to get this ball rolling before the GB last year, but unfortunately they are just getting to these now.

I don't see the 1u Fn key and the 1.25u Meta is now a 1.25 Fn key... are these correct ?

This is what I received. Didn't know about what they did about sending an uncompleted set, oh well... Atleast they're gonna send it eventually, I hope...
So far quality seems ok. I feel like I received different duplicated keys unlike @ivanoban? I don't see a duplicated F13 or the '- - -' one. But I have Pgdown 4 TIMES?, delete 2 times, ... And I have a 1u Fn.
Also the dark brown Fn which was supposed to be Meta.
Your x2 Delete keys are fine 'cause they're for different rows (r4 and r3), but you have one duplicated PgDn, the set just includes 3 for r3, r2 and r1.

Do we need to reach out to our respective vendor to receive replacements or will they be sending them out automatically? In my case I ordered from KBD Fans
Anyone receive replacement keys? Still waiting to hear from KBDFans on mine.
I got replacements included with the original kit, but both Caps Lock keys are the same, they are so crooked they touch the case, so they are unusable.
I contacted Keygem about it but didn't get any clear reply about this getting fixed. I'm a bit worried.
Please check your kits. KBDFans included the replacements in the initial shipments.

Very odd that they're having this problem. I've owned many ePBT sets and have never seen a crooked stem like this before. Shame
Finally after months of waiting and customer service chats I received my stepped caps lock key from KBDFans. The stem offset was fixed however the stem is crooked so it's not aligned with the other keys :mad:
Alas, I think I'm going to surrender and resolder the switch to acommodate the non-stepped caps key.

I might experiment and see if I can somehow heat and rotate the stem
