  • PANTONE 200C (RED) is used to represent ahi or tuna, a typical fish used in poke.
  • PANTONE 7742 (GREEN) to represent green onions or avocado.
  • GMK’s WS4 (CREAM) added to balance out the two colors, and represent rice, salt, or mayo.

Unlike individuals who get off to starting hate trains early with useless comments... some actual criticisms/thoughts/feedback:

- Your pipe keys are both mod colored in base kit
- Your renders are inconsistent in color (every other one has mods that look pink-ish due to red tinted lighting?)
- Your (fish egg?) novelties R2 and R3 are different molds, if you literally turn one of them around 180 degrees, GMK might be able to lower the cost of them since 1u molds can be reusable for different row profiles (consideration)
- You talk a lot about how important each color is, consider moving basic 40s kit to extension kit and adding green accent enter/esc to the base kit (consideration)

I like Dandruff's points. Guess I think the cost savings of two color base kit is so great that unless you get 500 MOQ+ from a vendor that you might be better off keeping that aspect of the kitting as is.

Someone with experience with these things: is it possible to have the novelty designs that close to the edge of the cap?

Really like the Ahi Pantone color. Hope this runs.

Thanks for the awesome feedback, things I will definitely consider. The pipe color was an error on my part, I forgot to change the color before rendering, thanks for pointing that out, will update soon.

Interesting concept, though I have to second dandruff's opinion on the renders looking quite different. The signature image especially looks a lot like Hanami Dango to me, so when I scrolled down and saw the deep red I was a little confused for a moment.

man, that'd be the day

anyways the set is adorable, great use of ws4 and really appreciate the 40s in base.
You could nix the r2 escape if you really wanted, usually using that rows "End" key is enough if that helps cut any fat.
I think some more renders in more neutral lighting would help people get the gist of what you're going for

Perhaps swapping the colorblocking (red mod base color and ws4 alpha base color) would make the set look a little better. Also, please get rid of 40% support in base—useless to most of the community

An alt Green mod kit will make this perfect for a Christmas themed build. Make the red a little brighter and the rice color lighter too, rice is pearl white when cooked.

I think the red should be a little deeper like fresh tuna is, but it's a fun idea.

I agree w this! Tuna is a nice colour imo, but the red here doesn’t really represent it. I love the general idea and the colour scheme and novelties are both great as well! Will be keeping an eye on this IC.

I'd suggest moving a few accent keys into the base kit, otherwise your child kits will all be 250 MOQ for containing a color not in the base. GLWIC!

Thank you, also the pantone is a bit darker IRL, also I have added a question in the IC form specifically regarding the color. The colors represented in the renders are a lot closer to the actual pantone under the same conditions of lighting. I will definitly try to keep it as high quality and accurate as possible!

Very nice colorway and not eye-hurting at all, can you consider adding a green novelty for iso enter since there's only one white normal iso one in the base kit?
