I noticed you are attaching the rear inscription bar with two exterior screws -- it might look cleaner if you could somehow attach the inscription bar internally instead, without breaking the exterior surface? Would look a lot cleaner instead of having 2 screws visible. I'm not sure if this is possible or makes sense from a technical perspective, just a thought.

Love the design! Will this support QMK and VIA?
This looks very interesting. Will definitely try to get one. This is the layout, its not WKL but all 1.25u at bottom row.[attachimg=1]

correct, and thanks for supportingI noticed you are attaching the rear inscription bar with two exterior screws -- it might look cleaner if you could somehow attach the inscription bar internally instead, without breaking the exterior surface? This is a good idea, but they are using the inscription bar to cover up the screw holes that mounts the top and bottom together. If they can find a way to mount the top and bottom and hide the screws on the inscription bar, that would be awesome but I don't think that is possible with the current mounting design.
Still in for this. :thumb:

I would absolutely buy this in tiffany blueThanks for supporting!
I can definitely see the appeal of a 75% with a decent mount, a PCB that works with hubs and KVMs, and compatibility with everything from GMK base kits to $5 Monoprice caps. Well done, I might actually be in for this.Glad u like it!

Hey, I just registered to this forum looking for my first diy keyboard kit, so please forgive me for any stupid questions. It is plate mount. Consider that PCB Mount cannot support hot swamp. And the o-ring does not make top mount into gasket mount, gasket mount is that you mount pcb and plate between upper and bottom case and use gaskets to fix but not screws
I'm a bit confused as the OP talks about a plate, but later specifies the switches will be pcb mounted? Will this be Plate or PCB mounted?
Also some talk about o-rings stopping vibrations, does this make the keyboard a gasket-mount?

I love this. The price is crazy good and the PCB is going to be sweet! Hot-swappable got me.
This is sick! I'm super interested! Is there a form to fill out? Sorry if I'm blind and didn't see the link!idk how international ic works, should there be a form to fill? Sry I only know how to run ic in China and I’m still learning!

I dig the front logo (who wouldn't dig ancient chinese glyphs?)
Back one looks like a tramp stamp.
Would love to see this in a Lilac color!i'm not sure if factory has Lilac color but I can render one for u
Would love to see this in a Lilac color!Lilac color updated
Really good price and I’m lovin the layout! Good looks! Gonna be watching it really closeThanks bro, u can leave your email in the form and i will notify you as soon as the GB started

Oh my that Noel rendering makes me want this board even moreThx, there will be one
Definitely interested. Is the software open source or have broader application to other keyboards? A little hesitant if this is for a very limited number of boards and possibly become orphan-ware.It’ not open source, but it’s powerful. Returned Wing is the berry first time they try their products on customized keyboards. Don’t worry, it’s extremely easy to use!
Is the date for the groupbuy most likely going to stay mid June? I really hope it does. Also when do you think is the expected time it would take to produce and ship?I really don’t know, I hope the perfect prototype can be done by mid June, then GB start. Shipping and produce won’t be too long but shipping fee is quite expensive. I will try to make it cheaper.
is there an updated discord link? current one seems to be brokenUpdated, https://discord.gg/8qR84Zz . Thanks for reminding
Proprietary firmware? I am sure it is nice but I have been burned too many times. Will probably pass because of that. Great looking board though. I hope the GB goes really well.I have not seen any problems of this firmware so far, but I do respect your concern. Thanks anyway.

You can search "Anne Pro" on ytb, our PCB are provided by them
This reminds me of my Varmilo VA69M which I have to say I tend to use quite a lot at home due to its weight and solid build. I like this the more I read. I think the logo on the front right of the case looks well but I don't think it looks right on the back of the case. I love the option for stainless with the bar and weight. If ISO is an option which I think it is I might go in on this.Wow, thanks for your feedback. ISO option might be added but don’t put too much hope on it. The MOQ is a huge problem since PCB need to redesign as now the PCB support both hot swap and weld. If ISO enter is added, there is gonna be a second PCB which costs huge amount of money. So if many people want it, I will definitely add it to option. I did asked for Chinese keyboard enthusiasts opinion, only 2.7% of them requires ISO enter so I didn’t make it eventually. But I will reconsider it.

Agreed, hope that's revisited in the interest of a better looking product. The software does look good though, props for that.
The PCB is BT5? Are all features (like CapsLock LED, Tap layer, Magic etc.) similar to AP2?It’s exactly same as AP2 except BT. Returned wing does not support BT. GB will be run by several vendors in each region but I am not sure who are they, I need some time to communicate with them. Please join our discord group and I will keep you updated.
Where will the GB run? If BT, I'm soooo in.
Sorry, no BT is a deal breaker for me.
Bummer. I was so excited by this. :(

I'm pretty sure the majority of keebs here don't have bt.

will have to agree with stickerliu here, gotta say that the bottom blockers should at least be the same size if possible. sticking to a 1.25U bottom row is an admirable design goal to maintain keycap compatability, i think its possible to keep that while still have evenly sized bottom blockers.
the top gaps between function keys could also be spaced evenly , i think that would look better as well.
thanks for considering!
I definitely like this keyboard but I wish the PCB supported QMKi hate QMK lol, it always frustrates me.

nice, do you have real life samples of this and possibly some of the other colors?
is the OP gonna respond to any of the questions about spacing or nah?not gonna change anyway
So is there any possibility of ISO? It will be a real shame if not.sorry but no iso...i did several experiments, they all turns out that iso plate is extremely unfriendly with hot swap PCB...and i have MOQ so double solutions seems not affordable, soooo damn expensive

I dunno, I had an Anne Pro, the software was pretty bad, not intuitive and had multiple spelling mistakes
I definitely like this keyboard but I wish the PCB supported QMK

Returning Birds
Returning birds glide in the sky;
At dawn they leave the woods close-by.
Sometimes they fly far far away;
Sometimes on hazy peaks they stay.
In flights against the spring-time breeze,
They turn around to seek the perching trees.
They echo each other in songs
Amid the shadowy trees in throngs.
By ancient Chinese poet, Yuanmin Tao
**About: **
Hello everyone, I hope all of you are doing well during this unstable time. My name is Mellperbia.
Today I am brining you the latest products by CMM.Studio (藏猫猫, Hide and Seek).
Here it is, a reborn 75% kit ---- Returned Wing
If you are familiar with the design, you might see some shadows from Yellow Chicken’s half-feather design a while ago (https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=101196.0). Sadly, half-feather did not come to reality. Fortunately, we were able to pick it up from where it was left off and giving the half-feather a new life. The brand-new half-feather is named as **“Returned Wing” **. The first concept is a design for Yellow Chicken himself to hit his endgame and enjoy his life. Secondly, it also means the reborn of half-feather project. We polished and perfected the half-feather and we are very proud to bring this wing to you. Let the wing guide you the path and fly among the sky!
While keeping all the original half-feather layout, front face logo weight, in order to improve the touch and feel, we almost redone the structure and make it more precise, more logical. At the same time, we also did some changes to the appearance. We bestow the wing clearer lines with back side plate.
Of course, with the new look of Returned Wing, we believe as a keyboard, it must perfect its basic task, typing. We are tremendously proud to announce our PCB partnership with Obins.lab, which designed the visual interface for Anne Pro 2. Our firmware will be supported by Obins.lab and we are thrilled to say perhaps this will be one of the most advance and mature PCB. We customized special driver, optimized features and visual interface. Undoubtedly, this PCB will meet all your expectation for a DIY mech keyboard.
**May the returned wing become a spark to your life journey, Amen**

Will the PCB support PCB mount / screw-in stabilisers? No PCB mount, screw-in stabs supported. There will be an EU vendor, it's candykeys.
Also possible europe vendor?

Can you even have screw in stabs on a plate?
it would be great if the pcb could support screw in stabs, it'll save me from having to get another set.
Will you be changing the layout at all? There is so much space between the 4 keys on the right and the arrow keys. You could make the logo a bit larger, cover more of the empty space, more make the 4 keys a column and make it more compact?
