what switches are on your lightpad?

They are lubed, stickered, and SIP'd 62g Vintage Ergo Clears with Gateron Clear tops. :D

Yep, it actually fits the Octagon's angle and size perfectly, which is awesome, since I wanted the Lightpad to complement it. The Viper is actually a lower angle. I think. 8 degrees maybe?

It's pretty ridiculous, because I can have the Lightpad flush with the Octagon and make a ghetto or left-handed Lightsaver out of it, lol. :P Not that I ever do that though. That's just weird. :|

Yeah, I was considering a wrist rest for it, but that actually makes it more complicated. It does make pressing some keys a little awkward if you don't float your wrists. All rows but the very top can be easily pressed with your wrist on the desk. A wrist rest level with the case would make the bottom row harder to hit unless it was much further back, haha.

Yeah, I was considering a wrist rest for it, but that actually makes it more complicated. It does make pressing some keys a little awkward if you don't float your wrists. All rows but the very top can be easily pressed with your wrist on the desk. A wrist rest level with the case would make the bottom row harder to hit unless it was much further back, haha.

Yeah true, I float my wrists a lot anyway because of Browns being to light for me, so that angle might not be too bad.

it's more ergonomic/comfortable to type on compared to the traditional board
and it corrects my bad typing habit
such as pressing the 'b' with my right hand

Man I hope I can get one!  I wanted to try an ergodox, but the layout just isn't good fo using OG caps.  plus Korean boards are so cool!

Yup! The board is really quite well though out.
The acrylic middle layer is really important, not because it diffuses light, but because it acts as a bumper to protect the metal housing when you bump the two halves together.

I'm rocking 65g Clears in both. My fingers haven't felt any tactile MX switches in months, and they're in love. :D

That Viper looks amazing.
Contemplating whether I should go back to a 60% form factor for my next build or stick with a TKL.
I love both really, just really hard to decide ._.
