After months of research and procrastination, figured out how to remap my 356mini using the original HTML GUI kindly provided by inornate of otd.kr, pretty funny process but it gets the job done very well:

Will probably write up and host the code sometime soon. I was planning to experiment with Aikon as I've heard the Mini was one of the first (only?) OTD boards to implement an Aikon schematic, but I'm not sure if I want to tackle the whole bootloader thing just yet. Plus I think I might miss out on the sweet pulsing Esc key  :p

Excellent work! I got mine working w/ a Mimic cable + PS/2/USB converter box. Will keep this in mind if I ever want to change layout.

The process to reflash seems very involved compared to JigOn/BootMapperClient/etc.

I rebuilt my Orion v2 over the weekend. 62g Vintage Blacks on a Stainless Steel plate. Super smooth! :cool:. Also, I decided to go with a split right shift this time. I wanted a dedicated key for all of the LED functions.

Yeah there are boards posted here that I've never known or heard about. I am in the process of building an Octagon but loved seeing others and wished I know of a way to get into the buy.

Just got this little guy in and it's an almost perfect match with SP Lily. One of my favorite recent sculpts:

Interesting story about this Lily set. A generous redditor sent this set to me for free back in 2014 after finding out my gf's name is actually Lily (this is her set/board). He asked me for my address, and a few days later, this set shows up with the note "pay me what you feel is right". Of course I thanked him for his generosity, but stories like this are getting rare and rarer it seems...
