Introduction
Hello keyboard enthusiasts, we are excited to introduce the Serratus by Keynergy. Serratus is the first project by Keynergy started back in 2019, we've made several prototypes and ran a local group buy in Korea last year. (These units are being done and started shipping) Serratus features the 2mm plate exposed between the top and bottom housings, PVD brass weight bar on the bottom and beautifully CNC machined sides.

This would be more of pre order than group buy as we already have cases CNCed and plates/ weights are produced. We have 3 options for the case finish including anodization, e-coating and chrome plating. Each base kit will include 1 PCB, 1 Aluminum plate or PVD Brass plate($20 additional), 1 Polycarbonate plate, PVD Brass Weight. Total units for this pre order will be 60 pieces and 5 of them will be the limited Chrome edition. We expect 4 months before the shipping starts.

Very different design, good job! Loving all the options too.
Just being nitpicky here, but I don't like that spacebar hole in plate. Would be cool if a half plate option would be offered, seeing as sandwich mount + 2 mm might be a bit stiff.
Make it fixed WKL bottom row on the plate

It's as durable as other anodized finish but is a finger print magnet

AFAIK, chrome-plating aluminum is difficult and expensive because the chrome won't stick to the aluminum directly, so you need to first coat it with some intermediate metal. Explains the price tag, but I love that someone is attempting it, and even has a proto!

We are still deciding between raffle and fcfs. We expect pre order to start sometime in April.

Yes, chrome plating is very difficult to work with hence we are limiting the quantity. Also, the pictures are the production units that have been sent to buyers, not prototypes!

I think keeping it without the engraving makes it look more classic. We probably will have a text engraving in our next project!
