This happens to my '-' key I almost never use on my DAS K3 Pro. Sometimes it sticks and doesn't produce a click. It registers properly though, but somehow I find this very annoying for such an expensive keyboard.
I wonder if this is a quality issue with DAS or Cherry?
metadot would no doubt honor a free exchange if you're having an issue with a key. you should simply contact their support line on their website.
my das S didnt have any sticky or problematic keys, fwiw.
but i will say that i do think cherry switches in general are a bit flakey; of the two scorpius m10's i owned, one did have sticky key (keyb replaced by the seller for free). So long as the customer support is 'full-service' i dont think you need to worry.
but it just goes to show that cherries are not, after all, buckling springs
