I asked Melissa about that yesterday and she said it would be cost prohibitively expensive. I may consider a separate group buy for that design alone later. (Along with the other suggested designs.)

I will have a few extra sets but I will be selling them at a premium... Probably $30-35 + shipping... I'll only have a few so the money isn't really worth it unless I mark it up significantly. Most retailers have a >50% markup so that's pretty reasonable.

IMPORTANT NEWS

Ugh, so Paypal automatically deducts 2.9% from the amount I receive after the invoice... I thought it would work the same as the personal payments do. So far I've sent out 20 invoices. They get to be the lucky ones where I am pretty much paying the 2.9% fee for them. I guess you can consider them as getting an early bird discount. :/ The 2.9% is somewhat covered by the $1.00 (or $2.00 if you ordered from both buys) I was charging to do this, but not really. I thought it would add that to your bill if you wanted it to not be sent as a gift. Turns out it just takes it out of what I receive. If I continue to do this not only will I make nothing for the days I've spent doing this, but I would have to cover the difference just to fund this almost $1900 order. SO, for every order from now on the 2.9% will be added into the shipping cost. Since I stated in the OP that I wanted everyone to pay this fee from the start, I see no problem with this.

For example. If I was to charge myself for my order:

(old way)
3x Portal keyset @ $19.42

Subtotal: $58.26

Shipping and handling: $6.30

Total: $64.56

(New way)

3x Portal keyset @ $19.42

Subtotal $58.26

Shipping and handling: $6

Paypal fees: (64.26 * 2.9% + $0.30)=$2.16

Final total: $66.43

Since Paypal doesn't have an easy place to put this into it, I am charging a "tax" equal to 2.9% on each item in the shipping, this equals the same as the math shown above. The 30 cents I'll just put in the shipping like I have thus far.

As I said originally, this isn't really significant and was part of the deal all along, it just didn't process the way I've had experience with in the past. I've never done anything like this before and for any misunderstanding I apologize. If you want to cancel your order over it that's fine, just let me know. Since most only ordered 1 set, I'll say that the change only makes a $0.74 difference.

Just fyi, I've started with the SC2 group buy because it's more tedious, and the only ones in this buy that got the extra discount are the couple that ordered from both early on.

Okay, so I've sent out all the invoices. Phew. I gained some momentum toward the end there, it takes a while to figure out how to optimize sending 125 invoices but I finally got it. If you still haven't gotten an invoice, send me a PM and I will either resend or send one out.

That's about it, now we wait until everyone pays up and then I'm sending in the orders on Monday. PLEASE PAY BY THEN! My paypal has never had this much money in it lol. It's at $1270 and only a third of the buyers have paid lol.

If you guys want to just gift the payment to me, I have the totals as follows. It seems many of you aren't getting the invoices from Paypal even though the addresses I have sent them to are correct. Keep in mind that if you gift them you don't have to pay the fees, so these totals will be about a dollar or so lower than the total I have sent in your invoice. You will not see the individual breakdown of where the fees come from like everyone else has so you're going to have to do the math yourself to check if I'm wrong or not. Also you MUST put your shipping address in the gifted payment or else it may not include it in the notification I get. I'd rather not go hunting around for shipping addresses more than I already know I'm going to.

These are prototypes of the designs, sent to me for changes. Turns out the SVGs we sent in weren't 100% black according to Melissa, she assumed we'd want them to be black so the top row is them with the proper black that we wanted, and what the final designs will look like. The bottom row is how we sent the svgs in, and it has this red halo effect. The other issue was with the companion cube, the pink isn't really showing up really well, so we're making it more of a medium pink, not fluorescent pink, but a medium pink. The oranges look like they might be a bit reddish but with white balance and color profiles on monitors these days I'm sure you all know that that's probably not the keys' fault. I told her just to make sure they were orange IRL, and I'm sure they will be.

Other than that... they look AWESOME!
