Can MKC make custom images for the wrist rest? Or is he going to make new designs? I want a Team Liquid wrist rest

They are both electric plated. The shiny ones look shiny.

The light would reflect through the surface and it's easy to leave finger print on it. On the other side, you won't be able to leave your finger print on the matt ones.

Yes he can. But there's a minimum 10 orders required for a custom image. Not sure I'll bring over more choices for the wrist rest, seems like no many people are interested.

Oh... well maybe not much interest for Team Liquid, but I'm sure many people would buy if it was the geekhack logo. The current designs aren't interesting :\

I don't even know why MKC made this image. Maybe I should ask iMav about the copy right things, and then we'll see what image would look good.

Sounds good, you should ask iMav for sure. If Team Liquid wasn't so strict on copyright I'm sure you could find enough people on tlnet who'd want the design but oh well sucks for me ^^ having a GH one would be cool as well though.

I have it on my leopold and its about the same as the stock keys on it, maybe a bit higher, but i also have a KBC 37 red set and they are undoubtedly higher than those. A picture is in order.

Are they much higher than the keys on a Filco? I am so tempted to but at least the left 2.25 shift (assume this fits Filco) caps and tab all blank if not a whole set! mmmmmmmmm!

I tried the wiggling thing and the blue switch part still broke/popped out :/. These zinc caps are definitely really tight just like feng warned.

Here's hoping you were using a PCB mounted switches. Plated mounted would be such a headache to fix.

I guess I should invest in some sort of drill bit or tiny file.

Received my beautiful blank backspace today! It's everything I dreamed and heavier. =P I did have to widen the stems slightly, and I put some o-rings on it since it happens to be very loud, but OMG SO PRETTY. I'll post pictures later.

Yep. I need to widen the stems for the 2 white plastic pieces of the stabilizer because they're not in all the way, but I made sure to widen the middle stem for the switch enough so I wouldn't need to worry about breaking it every time I removed the key. So right now it's just slightly higher than it should be.
