I don't know how well you can tell from the attached pictures but the key-caps on my HHKB classic seem to sit slightly crooked.
I have tried to swap them out with other key-caps and they sit exactly the same crooked way.
Whatever is going on seems to be a problem with the slider. It is driving my ocd through the roof! :mad:
