With the legs it's hard to say, but I have a 64"x32" desk... that one might be deeper than 32" which leans toward table.

I believe it's a conference table from my uncle's office from when his company moved into a different building and decided to give away all their old furniture.
It's 6ft wide and 2.5ft deep. (1.83 x 0.76 in meters) :)

Cool little nook you've got there! The sound must be great in there.

My signature hasn't changed since 2012. I should really update it.

I know mechanical keyboards are really better, but I gotta give these old heroes on the left some credit when one manages to work perfectly after 12 years (the Compaq membrane keyboard, works perfectly and it's better than most crap sold nowadays, plus, weights 4 pounds just like a Mechanical) and the other around 40 years (the typewriter, obviously)

Anyways, my desktop (well, only the accesories, the rest sucks anyway).

Wow. That Compaq keyboard's a real beauty! Definitely hang on to that one.

Wow. That Compaq keyboard's a real beauty! Definitely hang on to that one.

Thing weights almost 2 kilos (a bit more than my Das Keyboard) and still works perfectly.

Though, I gotta admit, I wouldn't live without mechanical switches anymore... Nuh-huh.

But it's quite good backup! Kinda almost wasted the entire day trying to (because I was interrupted 300 times) clean my Das Keyboard and I needed something reliable to use on my computer while I disassembled and cleaned the Das.

And I gotta admit, it's the best membrane keyboard I ever used/owned for sure.

An old photo, but I couldn't bring myself to take a picture just now. Desks get dirty and all. Keyboard changes too often, Corsair is out of the rotation though, Rapids and a Poker are my boards of choice now.

thanks.  i miss the view from my old desk, but the privacy here is worth it.  i don't have anyone attached on either side of my cube, and there's only 5 other guys around me.

i wanna get a poster or something on the wall behind my monitor.  not quite sure what yet though.

Sad to think that modern man spends his days sitting in a small cubicle pressing little buttons.  Real men would be out in the wilderness pitting their wits and strengths against wild beasts, and hewing this and reaving that and so on and so forth.

Or something like that.

Disclaimer - I spend all day every day in a rectangular cubicle too.

Anyway your cube looks better than mine, or perhaps I have just gotten used to mine over the years.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

"all retch and no vomit" - an interesting way of putting it.

I like what I do, most of it, anyway.  Not all of it, but I am not naive enough to think I live in a utopian society where everything just generates pleasure.
