Some of these setups with the portrait oriented monitor look awesome! I wish I had so space for that on my setup. I'll probably upload something when I get a chance to take a picture with better lighting, since it is 3:30AM right now... lol

I still have yet to see a setup like that green on in the earlier pages though. That was intense...

2 x Ripper XXL
1 x Modright Mod Mat (in the center) which is essentially a big rubber mat, not a mouse surface, i still cant get the smell of rubber out of my room :(

the wrist rests are grifiti 12" pads and surprisingly unlike the other ones i have owned these haven't fallen apart.

Ah. I'm guess the modright is something like those anti-static PC repair mats with a ground wire attached? And I'm definitely trying those grifiti 12"s. Thanks!

Correct, it has the ground wire thing attached, and 10 days after setting it up my room still smells like rubber lol

The grifiti pads are nice and inexpensive, but 1 out of the 3 i own the fabric top started peeling

Maybe it is the camera but your Filco looks much more White than the typical Beige Filcos I see.

look into the axiom bookshelves. they're the most straightforward of the canadian NRC derived hifi companies (see: psb, paradigm, ...); cheap, good, no-nonsense. also consider any of gr-research and any of dennis murphy's designs. murphy is, to put it frankly, a wizard.

I got a chance to audition some Wharfedale Diamond 10.1 speakers they sound awesome for roughly half the cost of the zep. air
you just need to get a decent amp to power them.

Hah, didn't have any wires connected at the time of the picture. The mouse pad is pretty amazing! I'm loving it so far. The cable magic happens on the other two desks to my left. Too messy for pics :/ Maybe next week :)
