Hey, all! I suck at cooking and I am really impatient. The other day my wife was sick and I really wanted pancakes. Here is my masterpiece:

It was actually pretty good. It is so dark because I added a lot of cinnamon.

The lack of maple syrup offends my northeasterly sensibilities. I can only pray that you promptly drowned those cakes after taking this photo :)
Just for the record, I'd eat that. It's all goin' the same place anyways!

Haha I was offended by how horrible it looked/Super proud so I forgot to take a picture with the syrup!

I'm not allowed to cook any more.
I do toast occasionally - can't really go wrong with that if I don't fiddle with the toaster setting.
