Now I need black mods modifiers, and repainting the case to black.
I was wondering who else was going to pop up with one of the keyboards as it was pretty clear one of the other buyers was bidding through a proxy (based on the accounts feedback score). Grats!

How dirty was your your 5461? Mine was in a sad state, thankfully the keycaps cleaned up incredibly easy.

Thank you :)

At that point, there was another topre board, the JDL board which I'm pretty interested as well but I got sniped in the end.

The board that I've got is pretty dirty as well and the keycaps is fairly easy to clean. The case is pretty yellow too

homey do NOT paint your case, yellowed hhkb is a workhorse not a blight. is that a pro-1 or pro-2?
those caps look cool!

that's a pro 2. bought it at a really good price but with this case lol.

If the alphas matches well with black case + black modifiers then i might just end up spraying the case ._.

pls no
if i had a black hhkb i would trade you for that one but alas

you can always get a black one and trade them with me :p

im seriously considering it / trying to get people i know with black cases to trade you just to keep that yellow beauty kicking

thanks fam :3

Thanks! I love the board so far. May even sell my Poker as I don't see myself going back to non-Topre switches.

It was approximately ¥24000 yen which apparently today costs about $205 USD.

It's pretty tame in terms of cost since I was there for about 7weeks.

I like the small space bar and it also includes arrow keys and since I already have a poker so I would rather get something different.

I always remove them... a bit less resistance when hitting the spacebar. It's not much, but I like it better.

I like it more on my 87UB than on my HHKB. On the HHKB when I flip, I'm still hitting a latch, namely the one of the board itself, because the spacebar is almost as low as the case. But on my 87UB it feels wonderful.

It feels almost the same.

It doesn't feel significantly better or worse.

If you really like GMK and the scoops then you probably would love it.

The thock has changed though. Much deeper since the caps are thicker then the stock PBT ones it comes with.

Really like the noise since it also hase hypersphere silence rings on it as well.
