Hello everyone, this is Wind studio. We are here to present you our second project: the Wind x65

First of all, we want to thank everyone who participated in the first in-stock sale and the GB of the Wind x, our first board. If you want to check it out, visit the GH IC Post

We sold over 600 pcs of Wind x, which is insane for a totally new studio, thanks everyone for your warm support!
Now that all the in-stocks of Wind x are shipped (GB units are also in production), we want to start our next project.
There were a lot of learnings for a new team like us, here we want to again thank everyone on our Discord server, who gave us so many valuable feedbacks and helped us maintain our small community, special thanks to Carb0n12! :-*

1. Updates
December 30th, 2021: first Version online

2. General
Please join our Discord server to get any update in real time, make sure you don't miss out! We will hold a give-away of the Wind x65 shortly before the sales there!

Inspiration
Basically, we carried on with the design of the Wind x, which is a F-rowless 1800 board, where you actually have a full size numpad with 2U “0” key!, everyone who use their keyboard at work, who has the even remotely worked with Excel knows how important a 2U “0” key is, right?! :thumb:

Our first project: The Wind x

Now, since the Wind x also got overwhelmingly positive feedback on it’s sound and typing feel, we kept the design language and now we can present to you: the Wind x65

What's new
Maybe existing Wind x owners already noticed, WHERE IS THE NUMPAD?!
It’s a 65%, silly. Also, we changed the bronze badge in the front to PC to let the LED below shine through, this was highly requested by our community.
Colors are the mostly the same as the Wind x, orange and yellow were received very well by be community so we wanted to keep them.
Also RIP $50USD of discord fam @KandysDaddy, who ano'd his Wind x to green in a local store... we now also offer a moss green color

It's so nice that plate cutout for stabs from the Wind X carry over to the 65, definitely intrigued. Wish red was offered as in-stock option.

I love that moss green but wish it was also on the top as I'd like to see it when I'm using the board. Is there any possibility we can get an addon in the various colors specifically moss green  ;D

Yes - the bottom case foam IMO is necessary to eliminate localised pinging, but the top and middle foams feel pretty optional.

Not a fan of all the foam, but understand that some people need it
Love the triangle feet

best part is inset accent seam + back line, great design language!

but Windex, again, is a cleaning fluid brand : )
