Thanks everyone, I really like it too. Definitely my favourite tkl. The mid layer on mine is teal to match the alphas.  :thumb:

is that navy blue or is that just an effect from the key caps / I'm colorblind?

Byker's is black, if that's what you're referring to.

Colour hue is probably an effect from me messing around in lightroom.  :-[

Just found this thread...Dear god that board is gorgeous! Might temp me into getting a TKL when the GB opens (in the minority of fullsize users...need it all, and more, for my job though).

Various delays not in our control have slowed things down (holidays, long shipping delays on some Pantone chips, etc). I can't give a firm timeline at this point but will update this thread when I know more.

Just to reiterate what others have said, this run of boards will be sold by a new organization that hasn't quite launched yet that is a collaboration between Originative and another group. The manufacturer has not changed from the first run, but they've been directly involved in the process and I've stepped back from production (except for consulting on various things whenever needed).

I'm sure there will be more information soon.

Wait, is this going to be a traditional GB, or is OCo stocking already-made cases for immediate sale? I expected the former, but now I wonder what it means when they say they have the majority of the parts already.

They will indeed be already made. Once available on Oco/Typemachina, they will be available for immediate shipping.

Couple questions:

What PCBs are compatible with the No.1? Pretty I saw TX87 - any others?

Does anyone know if the Oco/typemachina availability will allow customers to freely mix and match the housing and mid section (weight)? Or will there just be certain color combos to choose from?

Latest update:

Quote
There has been someone spreading false rumor. We aren't launching TypeMachina just yet, and we haven't received any No. 1 parts as of this point.

The No. 1 is still undergoing anodization (hard ano), and it will undergo quality control very soon. We are eager to get these out, but they aren't quite ready yet.

We have received some pieces now, but the site is still being finished.

Which kind of conflicts with the previous update:

Quote
We'll be getting the No.1 this week :) We already have all the accessories for it.
