So, given that you can buy Edox PCBs for $40 / set from MK.com, what would it cost to source a plain acrylic case? Sorry if this is derailing your sale thread, but I'm definitely interested in building an Edox with your kit.

That is the only missing piece of the puzzle. If someone can do that, that would be awesome!I found a free design for a litster edox case that you can get cut on Ponoko for around $23 plus shipping. Might be cheaper if you use basic transparent acrylic, but I chose dark blue. Total for an edox without switches or caps with your kit would be around $110 assuming you source the PCBs and teensy from MK.com ($39 and $23 respectively shipping included).
That is actually just the top and bottom plates for the case, which should be 3mm. You were missing the 3 middle layers, which should all be 5mm thick.

And that's the one that would add the most cost, due to the number of cuts.
Those black ergodox PCB's are awesome.....
