Matias Tactile Pro fn key

Is there some way to use AutoHotKey to remap the fn key on a Tactile Pro 4 keyboard?  I'm on a PC and would really like to map it to the Insert key if possible.

I actually asked Matias this and they said, basically, probably not. Weird that there wasn't a for sure response, but hey. It's not outputting scan codes for me into Windows so I've left it a dead key. If I need it, which is so rare that I have literally never had to do this, I turn off numlock and use 0.

I need to use Shift+Insert quite a bit for paste in a terminal.  I may need to remap F13 to be the insert key.
