Lol Ripster. Also Hashbaz are you sure? I could take some profile pictures to compare them with reference objects of your choice if you really do need to know.

Heh no, thanks though.  It really was just a (lame) joke.  Someone recently pulled out of a couple of group buys because he didn't know that the profile wouldn't be identical to his stock caps.

Reverse trolling ftw. :P

Lol also, my original memory of the row numbering system is correct. A bunch of the keycaps I've been selling aren't row 4 and some others told me they were.

Ahaha. I've been following what you've been saying. So in my mind it's Row 1 zxcvbnm and counting up. ><

You changed the colour to the same as the standard darkgrey? That's what I would do.

Also, I forgot to mention that this is also the logo to my first college, and favourite school (though in different colours: green and silver) It was supposed to represent the start of a serpinski triangle.

Just looked it up, and it's actually three triforces now. The name of the school is pretty long too, at 102 characters (counting spaces)

Still, I'm interested in these. Hooray for Legend of Zelda!

I haven't played anything newer than Link's Awakening for more than 20 minutes.  I spent a good portion of a summer vacation playing LA on my GameBoy Color and watching tennis on TV.  It's a fantastic game.  I have tons of fond memories of the original too.  I spent many, many happy hours playing through it with my cousin, memorizing where to bomb and burn to get items, and saving up rupees for something really expensive (can't remember what exactly).

Link to the Past is hands down my favorite though.  Somehow I ended up with a strategy guide to it before I even owned an SNES, and I read it cover to cover.  Yeah, I was pretty obsessive about video games as a kid.  I've played through LttP probably five or six times over the years, most recently together with my son on our Wii. :D

My favorite recent LoZ thing is Artosis' Starcraft vs. Zelda rant:

Oh god, I love tastosis. SC2 > Zelda.

I haven't been so into the games that I play through and get all the hearts/items. But everytime a Zelda game comes out, I get all giddy and happy. Each one is amazing and I love the music they put in every game.

Best memory: Beating up chickens in a house, having a ton come and attack me and I zone out. Rinse and repeat.

Yeah man.  I wouldn't give a rat's about GSL without Tastosis.  They make me wiggly. :)

And yeah man.  The chickens were just one of the many small touches that made LttP so great.

I never had any game system ever growing up, so my fondest memories of gaming was playing Myst and monkey island on a PC. Good stuff.

Still, I have played the first one, as well as OOT, and I remember liking both.

Y'know what would also be good: FF1 or 2 keycaps. Anyone read 8-bit Theater?

I'd go in for black mage on PBT

I remember watching some 8-bit theaters a long way back.

Not sure how 8bitness would come out with dyesub. Unless you've got some ideas that only require 2 colors.

I meant this:

It's a webcomic that's good and done, so you won't have to keep checking it.

I'm pretty sure that there was a flash video (possibly made by the same guy).

Not order, but interest ; p.

Awesome tho. Triforce is definitely taking off at this rate. (4X esc/mod). So wonder how many we can attract in the GB...wakakakaka. Can't wait till we get this one going.
