Got my invoice, but I think my shipping should be $11 (Czech Republic) instead of $21.

All shows gh60 plate.  I am handling finances alone and all plates cost the same.  The organizer that will inevitably be in charge of plate ordering will be given a lump sum and an edited list to show what plates are needed.

Nothing is hidden?  Are you talking about the resized columns?  That's so I can split screen and easily parse information by line.

I ordered 2 PCBs, 1 ISO 1.5x Pure Shift + PCB and Plate stabs and 65x MX greens.
But the order sheet says a "true" HHKB plate.

i am so psyched. now i just need caps and a few badass aluminum cases. so i have a ton more cash to throw at whoever wants to start a spherical retro/round 3 dolch group buy and even more cash for cases. i would love to get a low profile and a imsto case.

That layout is possible. That would be the Max Keys plate, though the Left shift and the key next to it would be switched around. Or you could just do it without a plate.
