Great keycap changes!

I'm not planning on getting anything other than the keycaps, but I am curious about the "hanko" change to 仮想 (virtual).

Now the wait begins. However, really wish that Hanko was not changed. personally can I relate more to 墨 as I used to draw and write with it. Bummer.

here's to hoping it's a little less. I know one factor that is considered in pricing is how many non-basic colors are used. what other things are looked at?

how many keys are included in the base kit, MOQ, and also how many new molds are needed. lots of factors.

The GB will run till the 15th of august, so exactly one Month.
Expect Q2 of 2021 for shipping.

Sadly yes, i mean we're near to Q3 of 2020 and the GB will end in August this year. Considering that it takes GMK about 7 Months to complete the whole production and QC, we're already in March to April. With shipping and so on, I think that Q2 of 2021 will be quiet accurate.

Trust me, I wish I could speed things up so the Set would deliver earlier, but that's outside of my possiblities.

I really love this set! It's an instant buy for the deskmats. As for the keyset I'm still debating if I can afford it right now, but still a lovely set so aesthetically pleasing.

Yeah, the Mats will probably be delivered earlier than the Set.
And yes, the colours changed a tiny bit, because I had to convert them into the CMYK Profile. This was due to the working method of the printers which will produce the Mats. Another factor is, that the new picture is an actual render instead of the raw image I showed before.

The colorway on the caps are clean, but Im too reliant on "norde" keys to get a set without them (7it makes perfect sense not too have them in this theme, dont get me wrong).
But it looks like Im about to get 4 new mats

Wish the Hiragana only were in the base set. The hiragana+alphas ruin the cleanliness IMO.

People do realize that this keycap set will actually be a very dark blue, right? The RAL chosen is literally named "Black Blue". Just saying this so people aren't surprised when they receive the set and it looks bluish to them.

Edit: is see that OP has mentioned it. But see that some people are still referring to it as black.

Dang, found out about this too late to provide feedback when it counted. I am so close to wanting this set but for the split legends being in the base kit. I feel like the fact that the hiragana only caps were the ones used in all the renders shows that obviously everyone involved thought it looked so much better, then choked that it's a whole extra set, instead of the mixed legends being the extra.

Also not sure if it's been brought up, but the final RAL for the red is very orange. I have an RAL color chip deck from the source and I haven't found lighting yet that makes it look like the red on the desk mats.

Those renders look very much blue to me.

Certainly not everyone wanted hiragana only. I wanted the base kit to be Latin only, but the Latin option was entirely removed. I wouldn't consider getting the set if the base was hiragana only.

Also, RAL 3028 is called "Pure Red". I don't own the chips myself, but there is no picture online that makes it look orange. It looks to be a commonly used color as well. But it would be pretty sad if it did end up looking orange.

I just took a photo of the actual Colour in my RAL Colour checker.
You can clearly see that it is red. To make it even more clear, I added the Orange in comparison.
