I received the prototype Shift key last week and have sent it on to litster for proper photographing next to a real Cherry dyesub. Here it is next to Cherry 2-shots.

He should be getting these this week as they were shipped out.

As soon as they ok it them go into production. Waiting for these will be worth it.

The Shift prototype finally arrived at litster's place today! He has photographed it next to a real Cherry dyesub Shift key. Looks like the dyesub arrow is smaller than the 2-shot version. Litster's image is on the left. My picture next to doubleshot Shifts is on the right.

The cherry's dyesub keycaps I have are a little smoother than SP's. I can't say for sure it is not because the Cherry dyesub has been used. But the keys from a NIB Cherry dyesub set that I have also feel a little smoother than regular Cherry doubleshots.

It's true that we have been "prototyping" for what seems like forever. For starters, the Shift key took longer than I expected to produce. Not sure why. When it arrived I was in crunch time at work, so I sat on it longer than I normally would have. Then it was shipped to litster to be photographed next to a real Cherry dyesub Shift. It took over a week to arrive for no apparent reason (and was damaged!). Then there was some back and forth with Melissa about legend alignment. As far as I know, all the legend issues have been worked out and we are now just waiting for SP to produce the keys.

Yes they can but imosta has dye sub pbt cherry reps.
