Hiragana monolegends kit pls 

Not going to happen. My idea for my near future sets it's to have  one core kit, spacebars, and maybe one extra kit that provides extra layout coverage. The less we mess up with GMK setting up the machines, sorting, and shipping the better. Specially for small group buys.

Then throw out the gaijin alphas and make them Hiragana only in the base, ez game.

Sorry, I have to be super clear with this one, but hat's exactly what I won't do. There won't be extra alphas, or icon modifiers and I do not plan to do big changes to the base kit like the one you are suggesting.

edit: in the end i wouldn't care though, would just be even more theme related if there were no latin alphas at all :> So many latin+hiragana sets out/on their way and no hiragana only as far as i can see.

Uni-colored sets are rare as they are. I think this one should stay to be one.

Not only that. I'm also interested on having shorter production times for GMK sets, so more new designs can pop out.

The pipe key is not a mod, but an alpha key, right now what I'm thinking is about trimming slightly more the base kit and maybe adding some more layout coverage, but having a second pipe would be redudant for this set.

Before posting a major update for the set, I'd like to address that I've spotted some community members saying "Blue Samurai" instead of "Samurai Blue". "Samurai Blue" is a referrence to the nickname the Japanese national team has received, so that's why I decided to go for it.

As I do not want to create any confussion, and this project has just started, I feel like it might be the right moment to change it, and avoid any future issues. Here are some proposals:

• Samurai Blues It's a very small change, but it would avoid people from swapping the order and saying "Blue Samurai". However, the change might not be enough for many people as it doesn't make a reference to the football aspect.
• Yatagarasu Soccer The three-legged crow and football. I've opted for soccer rather than football as that's how most people in Japan refer to the sport.
• Nishino Japan In reference to how Japanese media refer to the National team under the orders of Nishino
• Karappe or Karara Mascots of the national team

The good part about Nishino Japan is that it specifically refers to the period where Nishino has been the head coach of the Japanese national team. As he had stepped down as a coach, and he only stepped up 3 months ago, it is basically referring to this world cup.

The novelty does not work with a blue background and using white for the strokes and, unlike the Japanese flag, I can't see it working well with the set. Let me know what you guys think about.

I do believe that the white 1u/1.25u/1.5u R4 novelties -- regardless of the legend on it -- would be a bit too striking a contrast and thus wouldn't look as well. I personally would opt for a two-tone (just all base blue) look for the 60% section.

I think we'll end up with just the Japanese flag ones, as they kind of fit best with the World Cup theme and are easily recognizable. The 3 legged crow might have worked for other set with white modifiers, but not for this one. So, back to just the flag novelties.

New kits have been prepared, and the set will pretty much have the same standard structure I'm using with Chocolatier.

I'll spend the next couple days remaking the OP and more importantly the renders (which should fix some of the issues the current ones have). With these remake, I plan to change the name of the set for either Nishino Japan or Samurai Blues.

The ISO is basically a standalone kit bundled with a core kit, what I'm doing is just making it mandatory in the EU. If a non-eu vendor wants to offer a Core [EU], they should be able to do it without any issues, as what they'd be basically be submitting is an order for the core kit and an order for the ISO kit.
