Key Set layout Document

hi there.

I have seen people with documents with cap layouts on them, I have looked as much as i can on here, the wiki and Google and I am at a loss what to search for to find what i seek.

So can anyone point me in the right direction.

I want a doc I can print and laminate with all the different layouts and mod sets on please

Techkeys used to sell laminated versions of this - wonder if he could be prompted to stock them again?
