Custom Trackball Keyboard Help

I have two simple KLE files for now, and will design some CAD files soon, but I was wondering if I could do two buttons and a scroll on the left half of the keyboard instead of thumb clusters, and I want a trackball on the right half. I do want to hand wire (for now...), and I was wondering how I could achieve this?
