There's not a ready source AFAIK. Being as you posted in Making Stuff Together, perhaps you could dig around find swill's plate tool to have a file generated and have one made.

interesting, i've heard of such a tool that generates designs for plates. I was thinking of a backplate made in plastic... would 3d printed ones make good backplates?
