Looks like there's around 170 cables that I finished this month

How do you do your coils? I've tried my wife's hair dryer without much luck. Also do you sleeve them before or after coiling?

Make the cable like normal, so sleeve and terminate, then I wrap it around a wood dowel, cover in two layers of painters tape and then use a heat gun until the outer layer has a brown to black heat scorch on it.

Do you reverse-coil them afterwards? Or are they tight enough after the heat?

They're normally tight enough, but they don't have much memory to them. I haven't tried reverse coiling, though.

Love the SDL to PS/2 cable. How much would one set me back with international shipping?
