I really like this one.
What did you use to light it?

Just every lamp in the room :)  Which is 2 recessed flood light style bulbs overhead + a few track lights around.  The main issue I have with indoor lighting is compensating for yellow / unnatural hues from CFL bulbs.

Welcome to Geekhack!

Nice first post - thanks for sharing :)
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

My first mechanical keyboard came a few days ago (QFR Mx Reds), as did my blank caps! :) I have yet to put some blue caps on. Where do you think I should put them? (I have a full set of blue, I can put them anywhere)

I am very satisfied!

PS. Mkawa: Thanks so much for the top case. Your a true bro. Can't wait until I paint!

Man... only found this thread today but some seriously awesome looking keyboards and keycaps in this thread. ESPECIALLY love the ones I quoted (pictures saved :P ) So very very nice.

Update:

Some photos I took of my keycaps recently (click on pictures or open in new tab to see full resolution):

Pictures were taken with an Olympus Pen EP-2 Micro Four Thirds camera.

But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

They're not selling these still, are they? The only caps I can find on their site have 1.5 ctrl and alt.
Also--sorry for the noob question--are the stems on 1.5 modifiers offset so they fit a filco, or any other board made for 1.25 modifiers?

Oh I was looking at these: http://www.originativeco.com/collections/keysets/products/bsp-classic-beige. Unfortunately, though, it's missing a windows key and a spacebar. I don't think it comes with 1.25 mods.

You're correct, the BSP PBT set doesn't come with 1.25 mods.
