Are you looking to buy keycaps, flex keycaps, sell keycaps, get input on creating keycaps, or all of the above or something else? There are plenty of forums within Geekhack, many discords (public and private), instagram, reddit, etc.
Even though Geekhack is pretty inactive, there is still a wealth of information. I would poke around Geekhack more before asking more questions.
