Keyboards / Re: 60% vs TKL... in typing feel?
« Last post by GrayMatter4tw on Tue, 07 May 2024, 05:30:06 »
Personally I don't think metal is the best typing experience. If construction is good a plastic keyboard is actually nicer to type on and the sound is nicer too. I think the reason we see so many aluminium custom boards is that for short runs or is easier to do than have malls made.

I just got the Melgeek Modem 97,  which isn't metal, but it is a beast. Heavy enough to not move  anywhere due to typing.

That's good to know, I think the OP will find this very helpful, especially 9 YEARS later hahah

When doing something for long enough you eventually lose that spark that started the hobby, however I come back to it once in a while every few years or even a few times a year, depends on how I'm feeling about it, so I guess it's fun to stay updated on your once main hobby especially if you've spent DAYS of your life on it and see what else has changed, kind of like a grandparent who enjoys listening to his grandchildren tell them about what they learned today and they feel happy

All you need to do is just give it a minute after unplugging mains.

Educate by giving good advice not by putting off with worse scenario scary stories.

Inconsistencies all over the place, alignment, capitalisation.

Especially that shift key alignment, left and right shift are completely different with alignment.

Thanks for the comments, we will re-correct these issues.

Humanity is a realllll pos.

There are only 114,000,000 refugees all together, in about a dozen big groupings.  And apparently with 195 minus (a dozen) countries, we couldn't accommodate what's factually only a modest number of fellow humans.
