Hey Geekhackers! Proud to announce that Maxkeys MIAMI SA group buy has gone live this afternoon.



PRICE - 105 CAD + SHIPPING

July 23 2017 - Group buy starts
August 20 2017 - Group buy ends
August 21/22 - Last minute payments & proxy payments collected/submitted. MechkeysCA payment submitted to maxkeys
August 23/24 - Production on the keyset begins

Please allow up to 8 weeks for production and shipping to MechkeysCA.

Once received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for shipping and handling.

If you require a refund for any reason - please do so before August 15th 2017. August 15th 2017 is the refund cutoff, and after that point refunds will no longer be issued.

There is an MOQ of 200 units.

All kits ship in a plastic tray in a cardboard box.

Unfortunately no. Those molds are currently in production and available in the next 2 to 3 months. This is one of the last sets to feature the iconic SHIF T and BACK SPACE

Pity this doesn't look to be hitting MoQ. Big and fat SA profile definitely fits the loud and proud colourway of Miami better than any other profile. Are the remaining sets gonna be bought up for resale like kbdfans did with SA Ninja, or will it bellyflop? I'd truly hate to see the latter happen.

Me too, this is the one Maxkey set so far that really got me.

Even with UK proxy, we didn't even hit 100 orders. So far I'm 0/2 on keyset GB's. Thanks to those of you who supported it, but maybe its better suited run by someone else more known.

Usually with this hobby I feel remorse about spending money, not saving it.
Maybe the timing was just off with so many other Miami-themes firing off left and right.

Maxkeys has made a stock run of this keyset for their website despite the groupbuy failing here at Mechkeys.

What this means is that I have up to 100 sets available right now for purchase that are ready to ship out to Mechkeys and then to you.

If it's only straight from mkca then I'm afraid that dips my interest a fair bit. EU import is quite a big killer.

Got mine today. I have to say the packaging was 10/10 and by far better than any GMK trays or SA bags. Oh and the keycaps are beautiful.
