I don't suppose you or anyone else knows of any places where I could buy a legit license for less than $50?
I bought a win8 key for $22 from G2A a few weeks ago, it looks like their marketplace price is up to $52 now.

Looks like you can get XP on eBay for around $20. Would that work?
I'm looking for a Windows 8.1 Pro license with activation key. My girlfriend has a Macbook Pro and can't play half the Steam games we have since she doesn't have a Windows OS to run in Bootcamp. I know it's a long shot, but if anyone is willing to give one away, we'd be so grateful.

Is this product key re-usable if I want to switch machines?I'm still looking for a cheaper price if not free =/Edit: I never see when stuff is out of stock -.-

sell macbook pro. buy equally spec'ed PC. buy windows and still have left over money to swim in.
which games wont run on XP?anyway, you can download windows 7 and 8.1 for free to run in a virtualization from microsoft https://www.modern.ie/en-us/virtualization-toolsM$ is really nice nowadays that apple and google are filling in on being evil for them.you can use it for 90days. after that it will limit your usage for 1h per session. but you can use the same files you already downloaded to just re-create the vms and use another 90days. forever.i live by those vms to test older IE browsers on my linux boxes and they are solid. not crippled in any way. and it is a breeze to use... here how to use on filthy macs http://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/95423/legally-run-ie-for-testing-via-parallels-on-mac-without-buying-windows
Bootcamp comes free and already installed in her Mac, so I would prefer to just get a product key for cheap or--if possible--free.I appreciate the alternate solutions, though ^^
honestly, nobody can avoid windows reinstals every 90days because of virus and slow downs anyway
I have 10 boxes that might be good for storing keyboards. They measure 19 long x 7.5 wide x 1.5 deep (inches). Let me know if you are interested in these and how many you would like, I will ship them to you. (Attachment Link)

Anyone have a Model M spring?
And since I haven't worked much on Ms, do I have to pop off the rivets and bolt mod to replace a spring, or can I yank the one bad one and put a new one in?

Definitely worth trying out before you disassemble it.
Does anybody want a bunch of Beanie Babies? It could be useful for your kids or if you collect the things. I don't know. I just want them out of my room and into a home that wants them.
I'll have a look around for you if I have some spare Window 7 copies... no promises though
I don't need anymore keyboards
