Hey man,

Make sure, if you find one of these, that it's the older 1.4 revision with Alps compatibility. The newer revisions removed Alps compatibility and are Cherry MX only. There was a recent buy for several of these PCBs, but they were his current revision, so just make sure you're getting the right thing when you strike a deal with someone.  :thumb:

Thanks man, I didnt know this. From the images I saw I figured all of them would be alps compatible.

He might! I thought I tried messaging about one and he couldn't help me, but I might be wrong. I ended up getting mine from SpamRay. AFAIK, there was a black and red version in terms of PCB mask. Mine was black.

does yours support a focus layout? the pics of the red solder mask one I saw didnt seem to. I may have to reroute some of the traces and drill some holes.

Nope, it seems that they are identical aside from color. However, the trace routing is no where near as complicated as the Orion v2 Alphas PCB that I modded for hotswapping, so you should be fine. I initially considered whether or not hotswapping was something I'd want to do with the Leeku 3000, but after figuring SKCL Browns + red LEDs were what I was going to go with, hands down, I was fine in just plain-old soldering.

BUT, I would say that it would've been pretty easy compared to the Alphas because the traces don't run so close to each other. Just be careful that you aren't tapping into the ground plane when you make the new switch positions for the short shift + 1 keys.
