What I'd really like to know, is how thai people eat that stuff.. and stay skinny..
The food there is incredibly greasy.
Coconut milk... coconut oil... Panang curry is literally described as "thai gravy"...
Perhaps its the GOOD fats?
Well, according to the books and papers I've been reading. there's no such thing as GOOD-fats..
There's only 1 rule, 10% of total calories maximum..
I like curry ramen.. oh man.. if only i didn't go vegan.. sigh..............................
it's just not the same without the beef sirloin..
