A virgin Filco w/ Reds.  Have too many keycaps and not enough boards to put them on.  $150 off amazon with free 2 day shipping... crazy when I paid $250 for this exact board almost a year ago.  (And sold it for the exact same price!)  Supply and Demand, but glad I went without a year. :)

Very nice, aggiejy! I have two of that exact same Filco, so yeah, I approve. :P One of mine is wearing a set of black on beige Cherry doubleshots, and the other is wearing a set of WYSE caps.

Sounds awesome!  I don't have anything toooo exciting to put on it right now, but thinking that perhaps the Noir or Retro from Group Buy 4 will look good.  Of course, might be a while for that. ;)  Also... hope the CC&Blue group buy starts soon... would LOVE a set of those.  (Not sure how it'll look on the beige board though... I haven't seen pics of the CC&G on a white filco, though I'm sure they're around here somewhere.)

You finally got one!  GRATS!
At last! Not getting one from eBay was actually a good thing as I found this one instead :)

^Nice...where did you get it and how much did it cost you?

Edit: I'm talking about the Dolch PAC64.

I used some work connections and asked around and found some. It takes many many hours of time and paperwork. Before shipping I paid less than any of the used ones lately on ebay  ;D

Which kind of Dolch Hash? Real Dolch or ... NEW Dolch?

Haha, it's an OG Dolch set.  The next round of Cherry replica prototypes should be done in a couple of weeks though! (A, M, F9, PgUp, 7/&)

I got excited there for a minute... LOL!

What did I receive through the mail?  Absolutely nothing!  Got an e-mail refund from amazon informing me that my parcel was undeliverable.  With the joy of parcel tracking I was able to see it come all the way up to the local depot (approximately 25 miles away) sit there for three days without going "out for delivery," then turn on it's tail back down to amazon's warehouse...

"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Hey, nice camera

Thanks, yeah bout time. I tried the ISO 100 setting you recommended and it seems to be the best. Now I gotta figure out the other 500 settings. There needs to be a camera sub-forum here as much as everyone takes pics. Maybe there is. I need to look.

I should think about getting a camera in the mail.  Or seeing if a family member has one they aren't using so I can do better pics/macro stuff.

Fits like this:

This is a QFR. You can see in the picture that there's barely enough room for the space bar, and it actually does strike the case when typing. The stock QFR space fits fine, but I haven't tried any other space bars yet. Other than that, it fits perfectly.
Good feeling of oneness.

The only thing I don't like about mine is the edge is a little sharp and with where I rest my left hand when I'm not typing, it gets really irritating.

Just lightly sand the spacebar down...and that case is very nice.

I thought the keycool 87 had stabilizers like a FC500R.  Unsupported by RA2.0 AFAIK.  Did you connect the stabilizers?
Because that is pretty much all that has stopped me from getting one of those to display the Round4's I have on the way...

yeah, It does have stabilizers like the FC500R. I kinda cheated though. The spacebar for the Red Alerts have stem holes/slots (whatever you call them) for different sized stabilizers. however the stabilizers on the keycool are just 2mm or so off of the smaller setting one the spacebar. It kinda works, but I had to add tape to the stabilzer bar to keep it from sliding around, or else the bar would just slide off the end of the little plastic stabilizer bar slots on the spacebar. hope that made sense. I couldn't think of a way to explain it well : (
