I have many black keyboards. They can get pretty dirty too if I don't clean them, usually from dust. I tend to keep the keyboards I like clean.

There's a process called "cleaning" that prevents this.  I use it all the time on things that I don't want dirty, and it seems to work pretty well.  You can use it around the house, too.  I "clean" things like the kitchen counter tops, floors, and even the bathroom.

Hilarious!

Depending on what kind of filth you're talking about, lighter white/off-white/clay/neutral keyboards hide dust and grime better than black does.

Will you be getting these boards with blues? What about blank (incl. smooth Windows keys) keycaps for white boards?

I'm dreaming of replacing my Das with an all white tenkeyless with blues. It looks super slick! I'd so buy one. ;)

Now that I think about it, a white otaku tenkeyless would be a wonderful target for a rit dye mod... Good thing they don't stock them at elitekeyboards; I don't have money to drop on another keyboard right now.

Honestly, I think the Filco white otaku tenkeyless is the most beautiful keyboard ever made. But white doesn't go with any of my other computer equipment or furniture.

I did some research if Keyboard Co. gets them in stock it would be $178 shipped to the US.

In comparison ordering from China using a Taobao buying agent it would cost $184.

*sigh*

Any thoughts 2 years later on this keyboard? I am in the market for a compact-ish keyboard (preferably white) and would like to hear your thoughts 2 years later.  What material are the stock keycaps?
Press any key to continue, any other key to quit.
