NOTE: I've now noticed that in one of the photos, you can see this has been opened at some point—and one of the original cork "feet" is gone. (Is it somewhere in the box?) So if you buy this, be aware it may be used after all.

Vintage IBM PC XT Clicky Keyboard 1501100 w/ Original Box

New-in-box Model F-XT with cables, $149.00 shipped "Or Best Offer"—though considering used XT's now routinely go for over $100, I'm sure someone will snap this up before anyone can make an offer on it.

Some foam's melted onto the cable (can that be removed?); and the box isn't in great shape, but at least it's there. But hey, NIB Model F, right?

Cheers!

*slightly used with water damaged box. I would love to see one of these with a sealed box.

Some foam's melted onto the cable

A very common problem, especially with styrofoam.

I always recommend empty toilet paper tubes for cable storage, and NEVER rubber bands.
"The Trump campaign announced in a letter that Republican candidates and committees are now expected to pay “a minimum of 5% of all fundraising solicitations to Trump National Committee JFC” for using his “name, image, and likeness in fundraising solicitations.”
“Any split that is higher than 5%,” the letter states, “will be seen favorably by the RNC and President Trump's campaign and is routinely reported to the highest levels of leadership within both organizations.”"

Indeed, Fo, TP tubes are great for keeping cables organized!

In fact, you can use them to keep all kinds of things straight, and make whole storage units with them:

Well, at least we got some practical use out of this thread, even though I got overexcited about the dubiously-new XT.

I did not know of the tubes trick. I will have to try that out now.
Check my keyboard video reviews:

I now think that for $119 shipped, I'd rather buy this one:

*Vintage* IBM Personal Computer Keyboard | 1503206 5150 83, Model F | 5 Pin

It has a few small rubs on the sides, but otherwise looks very clean and well-cared for. (Having all four of the original cork "feet" is always a good sign.)

These are doing nothing but going up. I predict that by this time next year they'll be up around $200. F-ATs have already done that, and they were in this price range a year ago.

Nice. I think mine may be even a bit better than that one. My cord is way more shiny ;)

Gonna get rich! ;D

But either of these is better than the one I just posted about here in Not-So-Great Finds.  :?D
