I have never seen genuine cherry stabilizers with blue mounts. Those are plate mounted stabs in the same style as genuine plate mount cherry stabs though.

It's possible it's real, some other companies do have colored stabilizers.

Red stabilizer stems from their 60% models:

Grey stabilizer stems (if you scroll down to see the pic):

My understanding is that those colored ones are "clipped" stabilizers (meaning crisp bottom out, as oppose to mushy).

So maybe those companies asked Cherry to make different specs for them (unless they source it from another 3rd party company).

Though my assumption is that your IKBC MF-87 most likely has "clean" bottom out isn't it?

I realize this thread is pretty old, but I thought I'd share this response I received from iKBC about the stabilizers in the MF87:

Thanks for your mail.
This stabilizer isn't Cherry or GMK, we make it by ourselves, thanks.

best regards

Jack

Unrelated question but is your usb connector loose on the keyboard? mine is and I wonder if that warrants a replacement from amazon.

Don't stab me for saying this, but please, for the sake of English - refer to stabilizers as stabilizers and not "stabs".
By the way, I am actually looking into getting the non-tenkeyless version of that keyboard.

Are you talking about the connector on the circuit board or something else?  I have this keyboard and I haven't noticed anything that seemed loose.
