can't delete formating in my thread.

I'm trying to organize my thread here but I can't delete or remove [list*] formating. I can add them, but removing them does not work.

Any solutions?

Edit: It seems putting [list*]  or [/list*] into a post automatically inserts a corresponding format. I had to go through and delete all of them and it was fixed.
