I keep switching between my topre and filco u_u I think I should just sell the other just to get peace of mind, especially when I've got another board coming up too but I can't decide which to part with :///

Currently using logitech membrane due to having to evacuate my apartment.

I have half a mind to sell my Ducky Zero and buy another MJ2 for work. The Ducky just feels..... cheap; in comparison.

They should call that the "Filco effect". Every board I've touched since I got mine has felt like utter ****.

Home: Filco TKL (how can something so simple be so GOOD?)
Work: Quickfire TK (soon to be sold, after using the Filco I cringe when I have to use the TK).

It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.

*65g ergo clears on alpha, panda clears on numrow, grey on space, and regular clears on the other bottom row keys

I just got my CM Storm QFR in the mail this afternoon. This is my first mechanical keyboard and I must say, I'm NEVER going back to membrane keyboards ever again! Before this I was previously typing on a Logitech K120 and thought it was suitable for my needs. But typing on a mechanical keyboard is MAGICAL. I can't wait to try out all the switches I can!

Glad you are enjoying it :)
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

IBM Model M. I enjoy experimenting with today's boards, and I like the aesthetics and design economies of the 60% models, but nothing compares with the Model M for its feeling of certainty and precision; it's almost as if it reads my mind and types what I want it to type without conscious effort on my part.

Still the g710+
Still like it.
Still want a smaller board (ie: the GH60 due around october! ... or a poker 2 if i can't wait).
Still worried that i'll miss the F-keys... but knowing i'll love having my typing area centered, instead of way off to the left, to allow for mouse room past the TK area.
It's a bit dusty, i never use the "media keys," i occasionally use the volume roller, i frequently use the mute button, and having a column of dedicated macro keys is rather nice.
It's a little rattle-y on the mods, the space is loud and bounces (double-spaces if i'm not careful)
Love the black and grey with the white backlit keys. The coating which forms the black color, into which the legends are engraved/etched-out, has held up quite well, so far, with only ever-so-slight "shining," which has not yet altered the textured feel of the keys. Aside from the dust, and some slight alpha-shine, it looks and feels brand new.
I was planning to sell it once the GH60 is here, but... i'm not so sure.

Well... they probably call it quickfire for a reason .

PS: when I press the spacebar of the QF Pro, not just me but the rest of the country notices.. as it is likely the most audible noise at home.

I like the default hhkb layout but I need to get the programming right. I was not a real fan of the silver at first but it is pretty versitile, looks good with Rain Drop, CC&G, RA and so forth. I also like the build quality.

Marquardt HEROS keyboard.  First time I've tried these switches, they do have a certain amount of tactility, but I wouldn't call them scratchy by any means.  I replaced the stock caps with thick Cherry DS ones, that may also help to smooth out the key feel.

Switching back to ISO is a bit of a learning adjustment, especially that 1.25 left shift, but it's not too bad.  Now if I could just get the trackball to work...
