Congratulations on a nice webstore! I've been thinking about getting stabilizer wires, so I'm excited that you are going to offer them.

Those are the specialty cables that have always cost that because the materials are more expensive.  There are plans to integrate the more basic cables he sells/sold here into the website.

Hey there, sorry about that :/ The ones I listed for sale are the specialty sleeves which do add to the cost of the cables. I should have the paracord options up here soon.

awesome, any specific sleeves?

For my Poker, looking for:
Green and Black Sleeve (to match my razer goliathus mousepad)
Red and Black (To match my Poker modifiers and blank keys with B4 Number Row)
Blue and (maybe black): to match some thick PBT caps I am getting from Imsto (they are similar to the Limited Edition Realforce caps: http://i931.photobucket.com/albums/ad156/jerrythan/TopreRealforce10yranniversarylimitededition.jpg)

Was going to get Jungle Frog and Deep Sea from the TechKeys site, but they ran out of stock of Deep Sea (or at least that is what I think they were named, from memory :P)

Oh man, that was a two piece connector from when I first started making cables. I don't offer it anymore since it's too expensive and too bulky. Sorry!  Everything I offer cable wise you can find here: www.mimic-cables.com

What about if you made that connector, but it ended with a "USB Mini B Cable" connector. SO people who had Filco's and the like could buy this.
Then everyone could just buy the cables listed on your website, as they would all have the same input?
I don't know how viable that is, just a suggestion haha.
I would quite like that, especially if the connector was like $10 or so.
Would let me use my cables for my Filco's =D

You're joking right.......?  It actually costs Mimic around $49.00USD for each and every connector.  Would you still be happy to pay for it now?

I paid for it for my Filco, hence I know how much it costs, so don't go figuring that some 'exotic' connector will only be worth $10.......  ::)

When I was making those, the connectors were way too expensive when not purchased in bulk. I ran into a few other issues also with sleeves pulling away, which was solved by using adhesive heatshrink. Unfortunately, I'm not really offering that anymore :/ Sorry guys.

Haha. Nah. I meant, your cables are:
Cable 1
a) one side = the connector at 1:28 in this video
b) the other side of the cable is a female mini-usb connector

Cable 2
- Mimics normal cables which are normally used with Poker etc. (so the Male mini-USB side plugs into Cable 1)

So Cable 1 is just an adaptor which allows mini usb cables to be plugged into the Filco.
I understand that the ones in the picture would definitely be really expensive lol (but I wasn't talking about those ones :P)

I always loved your cables buddy.  They are absolutely worth the moolah, the quality is up there with Japanese made items.  Hence they are really superb and worth every dollar.

I don't mind becoming a Mimic Cable fan, good stuff is so hard to find but when you find it, you hold onto it for dear life.  ;)
