Don't think so. That's Brother dome and foil, AKA Prototopre. That's a dome-with-slider design at heart though, and on the listing's picture you can see that the plunger is part of the keycap, NOT a separate slider. Might still be dome and foil, but I highly doubt it.

Looks like the OP posted one that is a later revision. Too bad, because I love that keyboard layout from HaaTa's thread on DT.

There is a similar looking Burroughs keyboard that is ITW magnetic valve as well, though this isn't it :/
