ugh. this is incredibly bothersome. no, the menu should not be appearing. i will have to dive into the template to see how this could possibly be racey. i'll make a note to do this tomorrow. in the meantime, could you tell me which theme you're using?

I swear I have it every day that I'm on GH... But it goes on and off every so often while I'm browsing. I use Nostalgia theme too if that helps. Nostalgia also doesn't let you see the "viewing this topic" section or leave words uncensored...

OK, the custom menu module has been painfully ripped out and replaced with custom menu items in the base code.  No one should notice anything different.  Let me know if you still see the "Moderate" menu bug.
