1.Sandblasting for F62-PE is done in the same factory where DELL and LENOVO laptop are sandblasted. The sandblasting quality is at the same level with the great brands. The cost is higher
2. The houseing is flat. The PCB is laid inside of housing with 7° angle

F62 PE has its own PCB. Standard 60% would not fit.

The designer is busy with sample now and thinks that it would accelerate group buy time if no IC stage.

This is my dream keyboard, I've been eying it off for a while and I am glad you are running it. Thanks! Is it possible to get an option for getting steel or brass plates? For a keyboard this solid I think it would be sad to ruin the feel with an alu plate.

Is the PCB used the DZ60? That was listed as the pcb on an older version that was for sale. Does that imply that standard 60% will fit? If not, what is specifically stopping the standard 60percent pcb from working?

Also how many attachment points or screws are used to attach the pcb and case and plate? Your keyboard layouts look like only three attachment points? Maybe that’s just a bad picture.

How does the wire work? As it appears there is a gap from the top of the pcb to the top of the case. Is there an extension with a female usb-B flush with the case? Or does the removable cable connect to pcb and gets routed directly out of the case? Does that mean you have to open the case to change the cable?

Been looking forward to this GB but wouldn't mind at all if the buy was extended another two weeks since there was no IC phase. I'd also like to know if this is tray mount or not (looking at the layout/plate pictures it seems to be) and also what the total built weight is going to be.

I believe ALF has already successfully run a F62-PE GB in China. So this is technically a second GB.

Wondering why non standard 60 % PCB would not fit. Some of the mount points look very similar. Is this a change to the case for this run?
I have no problem buying a nice PCB with this case, just for future proofing it, having an option for replacement PCBs would we nice.

I am here.  The designer intially designed  this set to be compatible with normal 60 PCBs. He changed that after many tests and make the PCB fixed with complicated details and for better typing experience .
Of course , this is why this set is more expensive than we expected.

1. About colors, black and Silver, Titanium are available now. Other colors are not available.
2. Unique 60% PCB for this set and normal 60% PCBs are not fit for this set. This is because the designer want to fix the PCB in optimum angle for better typing experience.
3. The cord in photos is enthusiast's tricky connection ways for assembling. The actual connection is usb mini b which is detachable

I really like the case a lot. But still unsure because of the open questions. I only use split space layouts and would not go back to traditional layouts.

The layout is update in OP and the PCB is B-face series which you could use Bootmapper Client to allocate  keys

Oh wow, I was just searching for nice matching keycaps (have black too) and thought about Pulse with Rams. One thing I noticed: The PCB is angled that the SA bottom row fits exactly the case height. Just received mine out of the blue. Quality is good except for some minor streaking and chipped edge of the top bar. Really look very impressive IRL. The most Heavy 60% I have seen. The cable connector and LED need to solder onto PCB via jumper wire included.

Wondering why non standard 60 % PCB would not fit. Some of the mount points look very similar. Is this a change to the case for this run?
I have no problem buying a nice PCB with this case, just for future proofing it, having an option for replacement PCBs would we nice.

Has anyone built and flashed the firmware for this board yet?  The PCB is a modified version of the DC60, I'm wondering if the existing QMK code will work with this board.

Found the same problem 5 minutes ago. If you want to do a split space layout you need to switch the K45 and K48 with the KC_NO next to these. Not the best qualilty at all.  When I got my board, there was too much solder paste on the MCU and most of the pins were shorted.  I had to carefully remove the excess with some soldering wick before the board even worked.

I was in contact, took more than a month to get to the conclusion that they don't have my ordered plates and additional PCP. At least I got a refund. So not real harm done.

The case is awesome, I really like it. Very well made. Rock solid and mine has no flaws, but PCB quality is crap.
Communication during the hole GB sucked. Others take a bigger interest in the people buying their high priced stuff. Would need an unbelievable beautiful case to make me join a Geekmaker GB again. This is an expensive hobby and should be fun, not frustration.

If you still have time, I would recommend opening a PayPal dispute.  That was the only way I could get any sort of response from Geekmaker.  You could also try emailing geekmaker.sy@foxmail.com.  That was the address that I got a response from.

I'm only meh on the case.  Mine has some small flaws in the anodization, otherwise I like it.  I agree that the PCB is complete crap; I would go so far as to call it amateur.

Geekmaker has been really poor about communication in their other group buys, too.  Just look at the Typewriter group buy going on.  I will definitely never join another Geekmaker GB again.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did email him before and he has responded a couple of times but I still got no info about when my order will be shipped.

Thanks for sharing. Good to know. I use the same cable with a Lets Split and it works. Will check my wiring in the case.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did email him before and he has responded a couple of times but I still got no info about when my order will be shipped.

Finally received mine! Louis, a friend of ALF, emailed me and offered to send a white one with a brass plate upgrade instead since there was some QC issues with the black I ordered. Less than a week later, the package arrived. It is a really nice keyboard and I'm very happy with it :)

Yes, it is. But not a standard 60% PCB, due to not enough space inside for the connector.
